How A Waste Oil Burners Saves You Money

I consider myself a smart man. I think that's a wise things. I try to spend my money wisely invest in assets and not liabilities. I can tell you by far that purchasing my boiler with a waste oil burner installed was the best investment I ever made. I never imagined that I would follow love with this machine so much.



It started out we just need to get rid of all my waste oil. Sure there was a company that picked it up for free if I got over 200 gallons but that was becoming quickly a pain. I have a mobile oil change company my business was quickly expanding in 2007. I picked up two large diesel fleets and what the business I already had always generating close to 40 gallons of waste oil per day. This was the summertime of course.

There had to be some type of use for all this waste oil was producing. I forget when the light bulb went off but when he did I knew I had to act. Why not try to heat my house for free? I had seen other shops do it and have problems. Actually tons of problems. From what I heard all the local Jiffy Lube's that got a waste oil burner have problems because their employees failed to filter the oil. These machines are expensive and yet they are very delicate. You must take time out of your busy schedule to maintain them properly. Keep in mind was going through them. It's used motor oil. What's the reason why we take used motor oil out of our vehicles. Its because it gets dirty. You have to attempt to filter the majority of this dirt out before goes into your waste oil burner. If you go to do this you can not only damage your pump put your oil burner nozzle. You have to make sure to get annual tune ups and cleanings. True it does take some forethought but the benefit you get is a long-lasting.

Can you imagine how much my waste oil burner causing? The total cost was a little more than $11000 when you include shipping and installation. That's a lot of money. Do you think I regret it? Absolutely not! This has been the best investment ever. Every month since I purchased my waste oil boiler my heating costs have went to zero. My expectations have been blown away. I was expecting a 30% reduction in heating cost. I didn't expect this waste oil burner to totally eliminate all my heating costs. For disclaimer just to let you know I still pay $10 a month for the natural gas hookup fee. This is totally my prerogative. Just in case my waste oil burner fails I want to have a backup and filled $10 is worth that security blanket.

What I first purchased my waste oil burner I felt like I wanted to avoid the mistakes a lot of other mechanic shops and quick lubes places and experienced. I wanted to make sure I did two things to maintain my expensive investment. The first was getting annual tune up every single year. The second was filtering the waste oil that went into my heating system. I put extra emphasis on filtering the oil! This is the reason why most people do not realize any ROI when it comes to these things. They or their employees either do not filter the oil going into their system or do it halfway. I repeat you must be diligent at filtering all the used motor oil going into your waste oil boiler or waste oil furnace. These machines are too expensive for you not to. Granted sometimes you can do your best to filter and maintain your heating system and things will still go wrong but at least give yourself the chance of having a problem free oil heater.

I went with the energy logic waste oil boilers. The reason why I honestly can't remember. It could have been there shiny glossy fliers. Working within the fact that energy logic distributors have exceptional customer service. Well maybe not all of on but the one I went to.

It's also no worthy to point out that purchase my machine back in 2007. Again it was the summer. As I write this it's the end of February 2010. The weather outside is 31° a couple days ago I received my natural gas bill in the mail. What did I know the gas company. Surprise surprise. Little under 10 bucks. Hopefully I've convinced you that these waste oil heaters are for real and other savings are not a myth. I know it was for my point of view a lot of the times outrageous savings seem to be too good to be true. But I'm telling you this really works. Hopefully you can see the enthusiasm from my words.while I do know that everyone is not in a position to purchase a waste oil burner I want the people who can to do so. I'm not advertising for these companies. Frankly even though I'm partial to energy logic I could care less who you go to. There are 5 to 6 companies that sell these systems that run on waste oil.
